BOOKING CONDITIONS
(read the back of the leasing agreement!)

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. (Arrangements negotiable in low season).

Arrivals to be made after 4 pm.
Please arrange to leave the property before 10 am on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made with us.

A € 150/week deposit to be sent at the time of booking. Balance to be paid on your arrival

Duvets and pillows provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.(Or they can be hired at a cost of € 5 per person per week) and linen too.(8€/bed)

No more than the stated amount of persons (+ baby) to reside at the property, unless agreed with us beforehand.

We ask you not to smoke inside the house

A returnable security deposit (300€+ 80€/pet) will be required, in case of damage to the property or it's contents. Please send a separate cheque at the time of final payment (this cheque will not be cashed ).
This deposit will be returned to you by cheque, less any deductions for damage, excessive cleaning or missing items, within two weeks after your departure.You are requested to take care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition. If necessary, the price of cleaning will be factured 44€

Because we live in a peaceful, rural location, we hope you will have consideration for our neighbours and the surrounding land. We naturally want you to enjoy your holiday, but feel, that if any deliberate damage or excessive noise is incurred, we have to reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property immediately, with no refund of any monies paid.

We will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury to you or your property from adverse weather conditions, riot or any other factor beyond our control. However if the property is deemed uninhabitable before or during your rental period, we will refund any monies previously paid by you, to us.
